Yes, currently that is what we are using.

I’m almost to the point where I’m wondering if it is the source of the
problem. Any clue if SAPSweep will delete shared files also?

Currently we uninstall via SMS then run SAPSweep on the machine. Then
manually delete the SAP Directory prior to the fresh install.

I’ve done the uninstall via the installer also and ran into the same
problem. I’ve ran several test installs without SAPSweep but that
causes its own bugs in SAP itself.

hi,
have you tried running the program sapsweep after removing the GUI
software. You should find the program in the GUI cd/dvd
