Hi Ginu,

By default Excel shows 1759047800000 valus as 1.75905E+11 .You need to expand this column in excel to see the total value. And i dont think it will be an issue.

Coming to the second point , though you declared the field as character field in your program ,once you download this data into excel,by default leading zeros will not be added. You need to change this column in excel as ‘Text’ column and manually have to add leading zeros.

Lets see what others have to say about this..:-)

Sudheer

I want to upload some data in certain format to Excel spread sheet From SAP.Example DUN number 1759047800000. I declared it as a character field . Length of this field is 13. In Excel its showing as 1.75905E+11
For another field i need to put leading zeros. In Excel its not showing leading zeros even if i declared it as a charater field.
I used ‘MS_EXCEL_OLE_STANDARD_DAT’ function to Upload data to Excel.
Can anybody help me to solve these problems…
Thanks,Ginu
